So much cooler than side-mount drawer slides. The slides are reasonably forgiving in terms of alignment. The action is smooth, and the self-close is a wonder of engineering design. I could stare at them closing all day.Unavoidable: As for installing the slides, cabinets are tight spaces, and it would help to be a Hobbit.Cons: The packaging used to send these was, ahem, minimal. Scarcely thicker than a shoebox. Six of these weigh about 40-50 lbs, so the box was nearly falling apart when it arrived. I would suggest a few extra pieces of cardboard.I mounted these directly to the 'floor' of the cabinet, and as such, I needed the #6 Truss head screws ...which did not come with the kit. A quick trip to the hardware store solved that, but it seems like an oversight. When I ordered a single pair of these slides from another vendor, it came with the truss head screws.
