We haven't taken them daily, saving when we take them as i think they will be more effective as a booster that way. So far so good, we haven't had a really bad cold since using them this way - Best wishes. **Q: How long are you meant to take for ongoing or specific days of the year** A: I took it for a few years solid and have had no issues with it. I remember those years I took it solidly every day two tablets twice a day I hardly had major colds or flus and if I did I would up the dosage to two tablets 3 times a day and my colds were mild symptoms compared to my husbands or co workers etc and they went within a couple of days. The reason I haven’t purchased them recently is due to funds etc and cutting down costs because it does become expensive over time, if that makes any sense.
