I'm sure you'd have to use adapters to hook it up to a computer no matter what. The input/output connectors are XLR and so easily hooked up to a mixing board that has that connector. See other answers on Amazon... **Q: Does this have a usb to connect to the computer with?** A: No. The Behringer is simply an XLR in and XLR out to supply phantom power to a condenser microphone. There are numerous USB condenser microphones available. I have an AT 2020 which produces excellent audio quality for a hundred bucks or so. These USB microphones derive their power from your computer (5V). One note: these USB mics are somewhat limited in the length of their cord. For recording audio books, I use a Behringer USB mixer which supplies phantom power to my condenser mic (a Berhinger B1)and outputs the audio via a USB cable to my computer. **Q: Can the micropower Ps 4500 be used on Turntable?** A: The device is meant to provide phantom power to a mic and I don't know of any record player that uses phantom power so I don't think the unit can be used to power a turntable. **Q: Can I use this with the Sennheiser MKH 416 shotgun mic and use an xlr input to 3.5 mm to plug into a zoom h2?** A: The PS400 should provide phantom power to the MKH 416 just fine, but I can't guarantee your xlr to 3.5 mm adapter will work. All in all, great compact unit. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Phantom Power to the people... *by Z***A on 10 April 2015* The unit I bought was the Behringer PS400 Micropower Phantom Power Supply. It's a small unit that offers either 12v or 45v phantom power [switchable] It has XLR mic input and XLR mic thru [output] so you'll also need a short extra XLR -XLR cable to connect from the PS400 to the Xenyx 302 USB or other mixer... I bought a one foot cable. The PS400 will provide your condenser mic with the correct power at 45v and you'll notice a huge difference in audio quality. The Xenyx 302 can also be used with a standard dynamic microphone that requires no power and will also produce excellent quality. The XLR input on the Xenyx can also be used with a microphone cable that ends in a 1/4" jack so it's very versatile! The key thing when using the mic is to adjust the gain first on the Xenyx... try say about position 3 o'clock then keeping Low High and Pan in their middle postions position the mic adjustment knob at about 12 o'clock... finally adjust the Main Mix knob until you have sufficient mic output without the clipping lights coming on. This unit will provide the necessary phantom power for the Xenyx 302 USB which does say it has phantom power... that's true but it's really too low for most condenser mics at about 17v?
