I absolutely love this water filter bowl, I have a pug and English bulldog, and I'd never go back to just a bowl, I rinse, wipe and refill every other day, give it a good clean once a week, and about every 2 weeks sterilise and change filters, girls absolutely love it, keeps water fresher and much cleaner, highly reccomend this product, you can see all the bits it collects behind the filters, very easy to put together, simple fish tank pump which is easy to take apart to clean as I do, quiet, good for the money, holds a lot of water ! Pump is quiet but does the job. Love it !

This fountain is great, if you clean the pump regularly it is quiet and holds a lot of water. Unfortunately after a few months the pump gave out so I contacted customer service who were so efficient, I had received the replacement pump days after contacting them and it was over the Christmas period. Really impressed with this company.

I have 2 dogs and 3 cats so I went for the dog fountain for all to use. The refill filters are a good price. My cats are long haired so I do it clean it out weekly. Personally, I change the filter monthly and that works for us all. Its quiet, holds plenty of water, great design and easy to set up

My dogs loves these fountains. I felt that they wasn't drinking enough water so I looked around and decided on this fountain over the others. The refills were easier to come by and it has a huge 6 litre capacity which is great for two dogs. The dogs are both now drinking more water and it is very easy to take apart and clean. The only downside is that because there is so much water in the bottom tray my puppy can get her paws in it and scoop the water out everywhere and make a mess but that is more my problem than the items. I also found it was much quieter than I was expecting it to be. We were so pleased with it we decided to buy the cat version for a different part of the house which is smaller than this one. Would recommend to any dog or cat owner.

It is with a heavy heart that I leave this product only a 1 star review. I first bought one of these approx 6-7 years ago. It has been reliably providing my two dobermans with water ever since. I liked it so much, I even bought one for my cats.Unfortunately, the time came to replace the dogs one. Long story short, I have been through three in as many months, with each one suffering from cracks in the plastic, causing them to leak. The quality is simply not what it once was, and as a result, what was once a great product is simply not fit for purpose anymore.If they had a better quality one that was twice the price, I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

I have 4 whippets and I like to give them the best I can get for their wellbeing. So snuggle beds (Togs for Dogs), special whippet collars, coats for winter and rain (Togs for Dogs again), excellent dry food (Orijen) and fresh water supply. I bought a Dogit Fresh water fountain 2 years ago and used it happily untill the plug started to come apart. Other negative was that as it being next to the raised dry food bowl my dogs sometimes dropped a bit in it. It would then go down and attach itself to the pump. Water getting cloudy and smelly within a day. Since I had this water fountain not a dry biscuit has been dropped in it. Bought a Homdox Automatic Dogit Fresh a few months ago for the living room and my dogs just love it. That left me with the kitchen fountain which they are drinking from most of the time. Compared all the available drinking fountains and decided to buy this one. Well what can I say, all of my 4 whippets straight away loved it and within 2 hours drank from it. It is so silent, you really can't hear the pump working. The fountain has a great capacity of 6 litres so no worries there. It is very easy to clean unlike some other fountains I had. Really pleased with this water fountain and would recommend it highly to anyone looking for a dog water fountain.Update in januari 2018, almost a year after purchasing it. This water fountain is still working excellently.Pump is still very silent and I am amazed at how much our whippets drink from it. My other water fountain (Homdox one with led light) packed in within a year due to a faulty plug. So have now decided to get a smaller cat mate for the living room.Price of the filters is reasonable if you can buy it as an add on item. But they last a lot longer if you run them under a hot tap at least once a weekRub the white filter lightly with your finger whilst running the hot water over it untill any smell has gone. This way the filter will last you at least 2 to 3 months.Update on above review. 3 Years on after buying this water fountain, it still works perfectly. One tip though, make sure you clean the pump every week, taking it apart (instructions on how to do that are in the leaflet) and rinse under a hot tap. If pump doesn't come on straight away, shake it vigorously under water, it might have air in it.

Bought in January 2021.Worked brilliantly for just over six weeks. The pump supplied however is weak and of poor quality.The unit Was cleaned regularly and thoroughly each week as per instructions, then for no apparent reason the pump just packed in.So far I had to buy THREE further replacement pumps; all stopped working after a short time.Finally I bought a stronger replacement pump that fitted, from a different supplier.Not only is this pump-still working ( December 13, 2021).It is a stronger flow if slightly noisier and I now have a proper dog FOUNTAIN rather than a dog trickle, moreover, my dog seems to enjoy drinking from it more.

This is brilliant, I have 3 cats and they all share this, it's big enough and they love the waterfall effect.
