That is what it's like to dream lucidly, teaches Stephen LaBerge. With Lucid Dreaming, the author of Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming (more than 120,000 copies in print; Ballantine, 1991) teaches his simple, tested methods for becoming fully conscious in the dream state. With techniques perfected during LaBerge's 20 years of pioneering research at Stanford University, now anyone can learn to consciously explore and use their dreams for self-discovery, creativity, fantasy fulfillment, emotional healing, and profound spiritual insight. Available for the first time in paperback, this complete mini-course shows you: * The fastest and most effective program to awaken in the dream state * How to "re-dream" your nightmares to resolve hidden fears * Ways to use dreamwork for emotional healing * How to use the lucid dream state to more fully awaken in your daytime hours. Features a CD complete with dream induction sessions, exercises, and more. Review: Excellent book - Don't be fooled by the 96 pages, this is an excellent book. I owned the first book that does have a lot more detail and does seem more 'scientific' in it's approach, but I lost it years ago and wanted to come back to the subject with renewed enthusiasm. I took a chance and bought this version, which is shoreter but to the point. It's layout is very easy to read and understand and the excersises make more sense this time round. I do listen to guided meditations so the thought of a cd containing these appealed to me also and it didn't let me down. In fact, after reading the book and listening to the cd once, I had a lucid dream the same night! It does what it claims, shows you how, and I can vouch that it works. That's 5 stars in my book! Review: 'suchstuff as dreams are made on.." - I already had this book in my library but when my 20year old grandson began to dream lucidly and asked for advice this was the one I bought and sent to him.( I was not going to give away my own copy... I still use it) It gives all the explanation one needs on the subject in a direct and no nonsense way.Lucid dreaming is beginning to happen more and more to people and often quite young ones. It can be alarming unless you know what is happening and this book gives you sound advice. The language is straight forward and not wrapped up in over glamourised format. highly reccommended. ## Features - New - Mint Condition - Dispatch same day for order received before 12 noon - Guaranteed packaging - No quibbles returns ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Best Sellers Rank | 197,678 in Books ( See Top 100 in Books ) 100 in Psychology & Dreams 133 in New Age Dreams 14,688 in Mind, Body & Spirit Self Help | | Customer Reviews | 4.1 out of 5 stars 389 Reviews | ## Images ![Lucid Dreaming: A Concise Guide to Awakening in Your Dreams and in Your Life - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71iDxARfbRL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Media Language, Media Format** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent book *by K***R on 9 August 2011* Don't be fooled by the 96 pages, this is an excellent book. The reason why I gave this book five stars, is because it has so much information inside of it and it explains everything in great detail. I would recommend this book to anybody, I am going to buy another copy for my friend because it is that good, I really love this fantastic book. This book arrived on time which made me so happy and also it arrived in good condition, I am so pleased with my purchase. I have nothing bad to say against this book. Thank you to Amazon.co.uk, and to the seller who sold me this great book. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ro/products/48080645-lucid-dreaming-a-concise-guide-to-awakening-in-your-dreams](https://www.desertcart.ro/products/48080645-lucid-dreaming-a-concise-guide-to-awakening-in-your-dreams) --- *Product available on Desertcart Romania* *Store origin: RO* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
