A: Yes it is compatible with Windows 7 without any drivers needed, and it does not have force feedback.

A: 12 buttons, with the hat switch, and yaw controls on the throttle, loads of buttons really :-)

A: It should work fine, I have read that this is one of the HOTAS sticks that supports OSX and though I have no mac games to try, my Mac running Yosemite detects this as a T-Flight Hotas X out of the box

A: So long as your game allows control input from multiple sources I can't see why it wouldn't work with those pedals. The throttle has a rocker switch on the back usually used for rudder control but it can likely be remapped for something else if you have the rudder pedals.
