Personally recommend the unflavoured due to lower calorie content and ability to add it it to savory meals. Noticed my physique improve drastically after several months. Great price also. Buy the 2.5kg or 5 kg bags to save a fortune. Check how many servings this equates to. Keeps forever usually, but double check expiry date as soon as it gets delivered. Saving about £0.20 per scoop when you buy the larger bags. 2.5kg my recommendation as 5kg will be like a cement bag but obviously you'll save more. However just checked this, only £0.04 difference 2.5 vs 5kg. Upto you. I personally wouldn't thow a 5kg bag of dust around your kitchen, get the 2.5. Works great though, 10/10. Healthy in the unflavoured version as far as I'm aware. This had the mens health award when I started ordering. If your a picky eater or trying to get big like a powerlifter look into the flavoured. Taste great but carry too many calories for my needs. Unflavoured 2.5kg.
