Others I've had slip upwards till they are up to my armpits.** A: This brace should allow some ventilation so it doesn't slip. It depends how much you sweat and what activity you are using it for but for day to day it should be fine. **Q: can you wear while plying golf?** A: You could wear it under a shirt while playing golf, but it could be seen (a little bulky). Also, because the inside pulls heat from the body to soothe the back pain, it could be hot to wear. I wear mine every day, all day, for every activity. **Q: what size is large?** A: i would not know. a medium was sent instead of the large i had ordered. **Q: What is the difference between this backbrace (tan/orange) and the black one that you have listed?** A: they are both light weight braces. The black one is more rigid, than the tan one. If you need one that is light weight either one will do, but someone who needs a lot of support these aren't really the best at that. You neeed one from a professioanl brace company. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent for lower back lumbar support *by R***D on May 18, 2025* Excellent for lumbar support after a muscle strain/sprain. Adjustable and comfortable to wear. It does retain heat across the lower back which is only noticeable after removing. It also helps with sitting posture and restricting movements to prevent re-injury. The instructions for size order are to measure at/just below waist. If you are a petite person, a better measurement is across the hip bones. The extra small fits me with about an inch of overlap across the hip bones and more at waist level, but believe a small would have worked just fine. Which I have ordered as I see using this lumbar support to help prevent muscle strains/sprains in the future.
