The amount of tea and water depends on the strength of your tea you like. You can start with a 1 tea spoon for one mug. However I like my tea in a big pot, so I can enjoy it longer. Avoid drinking it too late afternoon because it may affect you sleeping. But as a morning or lunch drink it is perfect. I don't put any sugar or honey just because I don't like but you can add for sweet taste.
