Childhood memories :-)
I love this pincushion. I remember my mum having one when we were children. Dad had been in the merchant navy in the late 1950s and he had brought it back from China or Japan. This one is every bit as colourful, as sturdy and as good at doing the job it’s supposed to do. Very pleased.

Nice design
This has a great design and is a good size. The filling is a bit haphazard in whether the pins push into it or not but that’s irritating not a major issue.

A trip down memory lane
I saw this on a tv programme and remembered I used to have one years ago and loved it, so I checked on Amazon and obviously they had one. A bit expensive, but so cute and it does the job it was designed to do.

Practical pin cushion
I bought one of these when I lived in Hong Kong 50 years ago and in subsequent house moves it got misplaced.It is quite funky yet very practical. Delighted with my purchase.

Handle with care.
I stumbled across this product looking for something else and was immediately transported back to my childhood. My mum had a pin cushion just like this and I had had such a strong flashback I had to buy it for my sewing kit.It arrived quickly and the feel and look is great. Sadly one of the heads of the people came off within 10 mins of having it. I can’t be doing with the rigmarole of returning so I’ll probably glue it back on/sew it. But it was shame.

Nostalgic and useful!
I had one of these pin cushions when I was little and I've always wanted similar, but never got round to buying one. As I'm sewing my wedding dress I treated myself, and I'm really pleased with it.I ordered the pink which is a lovely rich shade.Obviously they are mass produced, but it's decent quality and well made.It's solid , not a soft pin cushion, and my fine pins seem to like it. Plus it's solid enough to stay where you place it, without slipping around.I'm happy to recommend.Thanks for reading, I hope you find this review helpful.
