If you happen to have eaten a meal prior to going to bed, which most of us do, that food will remain undigested in the stomach allowing any fat to be slowly absorbed into the body and stored rather than processed. By taking Actislim Night the metabolic rate is maintained at a steady rate allowing processes such as digestion and respiration to continue at a higher rate than normal without affecting sleep. So even as you sleep your body will be breaking down fat to fuel these processes at a time when you would normally be gaining the most weight. The main benefit of taking Actislim Night is that it helps protect muscle and solid lean tissue which is normally broken down when people diet or lose weight too quickly. It also contains a product called Chromium Amino Acid Chelate which is a fat dispersant, so any fat within food consumed throughout the day is moved to the bladder where it cannot be reabsorbed into the body.
