Easy to install.

First thing is the main tubes are one piece, not 2 pieces bolted together like the Reese bar is. Bumper/chassis brackets are over 1/4 inch plate and are welded together. Hardware is 8.8, equivalent to grade 5, so I will replace with grade 8 bolts. Chains are decent, they would probably hold in the event that something happens, but a little “iffy”. Hitch looks good, pretty much standard thickness. All in all it’s worth the $. I plan on tow a 87 long bed 2 wd Chevy truck with it 900 miles. I’m sure it will hold up, but I will make sure to check it often as I’m on the road. Do your research, flat towing is different than trailering or using a dolly. It will take some fab work to make it fit the squarebody, but it should work nicely. Price point is good, couldn’t buy the materials and build it for $100. This item does not go 41” as stated in literature it is 381/2” be warned
