I have used this book with students, young people and adults. As a counsellor, who previously perceived CBT as the enemy, this book has enabled and empowered clients who find verbalising experiences hard. The autonomy this book allows for and the collaborative nature it opens up, through creative exploration, in ways other therapies do not allow for, is commendable. Fantastic book, full of printouts, which is what i wanted. Great theme and god quality book, so will withstand lots of copying for clients use. i highly recommend this book and appeals to young people and old!

Really liked it and so do my clients. Lovely ideas and therapeutic but not the easiest to photocopy. Would be better as a ring binder.
