This product is being falsely sold to unsuspecting people, please do not use this food! **Q: why anyone would buy this for Hedgehogs is beyond me!? its full of ingredients that harm Hedgehogs, there natural diet is insects and they are carnivo** A: When I bought this it was recommended by a friend. I didn't know any better and I confess I was influenced by the suggestion that cats didn't steal it and fooled by the hype and the info on the product. Luckily the local cats ate most of it and I did some much needed research and found a much better and healthier option for our visiting hogs **Q: Is it 2kg, as per picture or 200G???** A: Its 2kg - . I was disappointed with this brand. I bought it originally because I thought it was a nutritionally sound recipe and because the cats are not supposed to like it. My visiting hogs didn't like it and stopped eating it completely when they changed the recipe and added cranberries - Next door cats loved it though and queued up to dive in for a feast! I did some deeper research and found that berries are not a natural diet choice for hogs and not recommended as a supplement as they can stick to their teeth and rot them. There also seemed to be a lot of meal worms in this brand and too many of them are harmful for hogs. My research seemed to indicate some of the other ingredients were fillers rather than nutrient dense food. I now use Riverside Woodcraft Premium Complete Hedgehog Food and a solid feeding station and my hedgehogs love it and are doing well on it. Hope this helps **Q: . Not sure what is eating the food.
