**Q: Does this product have a seal on it? Mine didnt**
A: No it doesn't, neither does the 500g container.
Having said that, I have never experienced problems such as leakage

**Q: Can this cream be used around the eyes?**
A: You can absolutely use it on the face and around eyes sparingly. No idea where the dermatologists above got their ideas from.

**Q: What is the alcohol percentage in this product**
A: There is no indication of the amount of alcohol on the tube.
