After a while doing what you're probably doing now - reading through reviews, finding everything much of a muchness - I finally went for the Gaggia and four months in I am really happy with it. It was to replace a Krups that died a slow and noisy death and I decided to go for a replacement that included a milk function that was quick and simple, but also a machine that could be maintained on the go rather than waiting for the innards inevitably to (ahem) grind to a halt. For the Gaggia the basic espresso is rich, the americano well made and open to plenty of adjustment for your preferred style and, unlike the Krups, the latte/cappuccino is not just a good consistency but also piping hot.The downsides are that cleaning the milk container is fiddly and cleaning the innards every week or so is straightforward but a bit of a faff. But I prefer that to being the machine being unreliable and short lived.Overall a top quality and easy-to-use machine that is so far entirely reliable and, compared with some of the bewildering sums asked for machines that seem to have the same features, well priced.

Great machine. Makes excellent coffee. Is easy to use. "One-press Cappuccino" is great for my wife. Seems well made. There is a mistake in the manual about the degreasing process, but there are plenty of good videos on YouTube about maintenance. OK - as someone commented in a review - it does come with a European plug, by that's hardly as problem.

Easy to use. Love the milk frother. Love the fact that i can press a button and leave it to do its thing. All bean to cup machines need taking care of so just get on with it ! Makes a wonderful cuppa.

Replacement for my Delonghi which lasted 10 years of daily use.Nice stainless steel finish which looks quality in my kitchen a lot quieter than the Delonghi, easy to clean. Really like the Capacino setting which avoids messing about with milk and steam. Just put milk in the jug connect and away you go.So far so good.

This was a fathers day gift. These are simply the best super automatic coffee/espresso/cappuccino makers on the market, personally we have had 3 in the past 20 years, influenced friends to get one, my sister, and now my father.Easy to use, makes great coffee and after you use it you won’t care to spend money on Starbucks or other coffee shops over priced coffee.The machine will pay for itself, friends come over for the coffee, not to see me LOL.unfortunately I have the older model so I will need to wait to get the new model with the upgrade.The new model allows you to set the coffee temp up to 180 deg F, old model calibration is 164f, Inlike that option. Also new model is more compact and easier to clean and use.For under $600, unbelievable value. the sellers Customer service at (Whole Lotte Love) is Superb, any questions they are there to help, Even an 81 year Old Father.No regrets and this new model is better.Italian made

La cafetera es muy cómoda y hace muy buen café. Trae pocas bebidas preprogramadas, pero es fácil preparar cualquiera otra de las habituales, combinando los dos tipos de expresso, la doble tirada y el calentador de leche. En último término todo dependerá de la calidad del café que uses. También es muy recomendable remover el café antes de tomarlo (tanto expresso como capuccino) para mejorar el sabor y la textura, puede ser un mundo de diferencia.La presencia es muy buena. Es sólida. No es tan grande como podría parecer. Todas las partes que puede ser necesario desmontar son accesibles y bastante fáciles de limpiar. Tampoco me ha parecido excesivamente ruidosa, incluso teniendo en cuenta que muele para cada café.Es muy limpia. Basta con hacer la limpieza semanal recomendada para tenerla siempre en perfectas condiciones. La cafetera se limpia sola al encender y apagar. Es muy cómodo pulsar un botón y tener tu café listo sin preparar nada y sin tener que "quedarte" a recoger o limpiar cada vez.El café sale muy rico para mi gusto. Y lo hace "predecible", como era de esperar, midiendo bien las cantidades, de modo que sabes lo que vas a tomar. Se pueden ajustar bastantes parámetros. Yo con lo que trae por defecto estoy bastante contento. El manejo es sencillo, y tras unos minutos de práctica ya la controlas.La puesta en marcha diaria es muy rápida. La enciendes y en el tiempo que tardas en buscar la taza, ya está lista para hacer café. Puedes programar que se apague automáticamente tras un rato sin usarse.Para el tema de vaporizar la leche, es cierto que no tiene el típico vaporizar manual, pero salvo que tengas mucho interés en eso, el sistema automático que tiene me parece super cómodo. Guardas la jarra en la nevera con leche y listos en segundos.En Internet hay bastantes vídeos explicando cómo funciona, reseñas, etc. La verdad es que todas las reseñas que he visto la ponen siempre como una de las mejores opciones si quieres una cafetera superautomática. La calidad del producto es muy buena.Posiblemente el único "inconveniente" de esta cafetera sea el precio respecto a otros modelos similares de otras marcas. Sin embargo, creo que merece la pena.
