## Description

JBL’s Stadium Series speakers bring iconic JBL sound that can only come from a 75-year pedigree of audio excellence to virtually any car on the road. Stadium’s Plus One™ fiberglass woofers deliver high-output, deep and robust bass. The high-resolution 3/4" edge-driven textile dome tweeters deliver soaring highs up to 40kHz. 2" and 3" midranges are available to upgrade two-way component systems into three-way. The compact 3" midrange speakers also offer a perfect plug-and-play solution with low frequency response to 300Hz, and high sensitivity.

Review: NC3 Miata - I got these to replace the rear (between the headrest) speakers in my Miata (NC3, hardtop, non-bose with Sony head unit swap). Installation was not difficult BUT they are not plug and play. You will have to drill a couple mounting holes in the speaker brackets and figure out wiring. I re-used the factory speaker wires without the capacitors and soldered directly to the speakers. Grey to negative, blue to positive. I did not use the included crossovers. I have already replaced the head unit and JBL door speakers, but found the sound to be muddy and hard to adjust. The sound stage was just wrong. I also wanted to be able to hear the radio clearly at lower volumes. These worked! The speaker itself has a fully encolosed basket creating it's own enclosure, which is why it works in this location. Is it audiophile quality or competition worthy, probably not but I think it sounds great. If you are looking for something similar, I strongly suggest these.

**Q: There are three wires going into this midrange crossover. How can i hook it into my sterio with just +and - wires?**
A: Our JBL Stadium 22S is designed to use with the JBL Stadium 52CF, 62CF, 862CF, or 962C 2-way component sets. Each crossover of our JBL Stadium 22S has an 8" output wire attached, terminated with tinned bare wire. The wire to connect the midrange crossovers' inputs to identical plugs on the crossovers included with the 2-way component sets is included.

**Q: what is the watts and ohms of this speaker**
A: Our JBL Stadium 22S handles up to 50 watts RMS (150 watts peak power) with a 3-ohm impedance.

The speakers are nice but can’t handle the lower frequencies with raw bass. They will distort and sound like they are blown.
