Kid mode allows you to cap top speed and max power which is nice. Definitely not an entry level esc but it works once configured. I did 24v. You have to tell the vesc software you have DC motors if you go that route. **Q: Is it plug and play? Three plug throttle, hall wires, negative and positive and that's it?
