Maintains the batteries when cart is not in use
Love these chargers. They consistently maintain the batteries throughout winter unlike the oem charger. You do have to bypass the obc to allow this charger to work and you can either google how to do it or by a bypass kit. The only thing you loose if you don't buy a bypass kit is the driveaway protection when the charger is plugged in. Also you will not be able to use another oem charger on cart. Absolutely will continue to use these chargers over the club car obc as overall it is a better system.

great charger so far
great charger so far, it actually came recommended by a few golf cart forums. I removed the OBC from my cart which is why I was in need of a smart charger. This charger has so far worked out great

I would love this one to just work as advertised
Charger is not working .. power light comes on and everything else is DOA. I have left countless messages for over a solid week, with both golf cart king and DPI. Unfortunately, no-one will return my call from either place. So, my one star review is do to the lack of customer service follow up. I don’t want to return the charger to amazon and buy another one. I would love this one to just work as advertised.I will be happy to update my review after customer support reaches out.

Product delivery on time
The charger arrived when promised and worked perfectly. Used for golf cart, which had been sitting for over a month. Fully charged in 9 hours. Very satisfied...

48 Volt DPI Charger
Replacement for my Club Car, after my OBC went out and I could no longer use my original charger after bypassing the OBC. Had to research how to set the DIP switches to match my batteries but once that was done I was in business. Seems to be working great, no complaints, Update "1 year later, the charger has crapped out. Having difficulty getting repair parts, not looking good.

Bought this charger because my OBC went out and original charger would not charge. This charger works great. I would recommend this charger and would buy again.
