Unfortunately I only opened and installed this at the weekend so I am unable to return for a refund. I’m very disappointed as I followed instructions to the letter but the adhesive pad attached to the item (not the oven) keeps dropping off. If it was the side attached to the actual oven I would have thought it was my fault. I kept sticking it back on but within minutes I heard it fall off again. A waste of my money.

Followed instructions exactly. One section is firmly glued on still but the front opening section failed to stick once the oven became hot. We've tried various ways to stick it since but to no avail.

Used once. The bit that fits the oven door did not stick. Followed instructions re cleaning the door etc, leaving for 24 hours and so on. First time oven used the bit that sticks to the oven door fell off and would not stick. Definitely not heat resistant so waste of money and time. Pointless item.
