Is it possible to order a replacement anywhere?** A: Absolutely, if you contact them, they should be able to provide you a new locking screw. Their customer service is almost second to none! They may charge you for it or provide one free of charge so, can't really comment on that as I've not experienced the same issue (or any for that matter) with their products but DO know they are very communicative and want to do their best! Worst case scenario they may charge you but, don't imagine it would be that much! Worth reaching out to them directly to ask though!
