Review: Excellent Customer Support - I bought 48 and installed 46 of these lights just over two years ago. Installation was simple and I have loved the extra lighting all around our home. Recently one light began to flicker slightly so I replaced it with one of the two spares I had left over from two years ago. The replacement is working flawlessly. I contacted Amico with info about the light that had begun to flicker and they responded immediately to say they would replace the light and junction box that had failed. I had only installed a new LED disc, but Amico suggested I replace the junction box in combination with a new LED disc because of the possibility the flickering was somehow being caused by the power supply in the junction box. A new light and junction box arrived to my door step in less than 48 hours with no charge and no hassle. I will swap out the installed junction box and light disc for the new ones this week. I love the lights I bought from Amico, and now I am also super impressed with their customer service: 1 failed light in two years out of 46 installed is pretty darn good, and the immediate replacement is even better. Thank you Amico!

A: It only rated for Insulation Contact. IC-rated lights are constructed to avoid starting fires, “fire rated” lights and covers serve as a fire barrier in the event a fire has already started.
