Great value and selection purchased 2 kits rather than trying to buy a pack of sanding drums separate good value for the money, linkages out a problem in a steel bore.

The bits work exactly as they should. I've noticed a few complaints about the paper rings being too loose. They are supposed to be - you slip them on then tighten the nut to compress the rubber bush.

Have used only one sheet (1") so far to smooth-off a circle cut (for parasol on my picnic bench, pine) and it done the job rightly. No complaints.I read in another comment something to take note of: you have to tighten the nut on the drum for the sheet to be securely mounted/fastened. This is the case.So far, so good.

I bought these for light woodwork finishing with an 18V drill, nothing heavy duty. They do a reasonably good job but the lifetime of each sanding drum seems short and they tend to suddenly disintegrate into shreds, even when you're using them gently and quite slowly. I always wear goggles with these, and even so one gave me a small cut on the forehead when it disintegrated and hit me.

Exceptional value for money. The sandpaper may seem loose when you first put it on a drum however once you tighten the bolt (which is why it's there) on the mast of the drum it compresses the paper and then you're all set to go. Would 10000% recommend this

Got these to sand down a piece of furniture.. they don't really last all that long. The sandpaper just rolled off the jig you get with them. I had to doctor them with masking tape around the rubber section just to hold the paper.

Handy to have, please remember to slip the paper tube on to the shaft, then turn the nut, this expands the rubber shaft, and tighten the paper.
