So wide, they are borderline goofy looking, but i doubt anyone else would notice- but I'd also avoid bright colors just in case. 🤔 They are comfortable right out of the 'bag', and are lightweight, but sufficiently supportive and padded for stairmaster and lifting. I think I'd prefer something more snug for running, or action sports.
