This ball comes with with a pump, replacement plugs and tool to get plug out. Surprisingly, there's even a workout sheet included in the package. Very practical, I must say!The material's proper sturdy. I've been using it for my abs, back stretches, and elevating my legs. After reading multiple reviews mentioning that the ball might be too small, I decided to size up for my purchase. Given my height of 5'7", I chose the 65cm as the size guide suggests for fitness purpose. As a result the ball is in correct size and works great for me so far (I’ll change review if anything goes south). But to enhance my comfort during workouts, I decided to slightly deflate the air, adjusting the size to approximately 63.5cm. This minor adjustment has made it even more comfortable for my specific needs. It's important to note that if you require the ball for sitting purposes, opting for a larger size would be more suitable.All in all, it's top-notch quality for the price. Couldn't recommend it more.

After giving it a go, I feelcompelled to share my review:Pros:-The set included some nice extras, such as plugs and a plug removal too. These thoughtful additions certainly enhanced theoverall value of my purchase.-The material of the ball feels thick and durable (no chemical smell), instilling confidence that it will withstand regular use and maintain its quality over time.-The colour is really adorable. The colour choice is simply charming. It resembles a peppermint mambo, lending a vibrant and visually appealing touch, particularly during the summertime!Cons:-Although the inflation was a straightforward process, the hand pump took me around 10 minutes to fully inflate. As the instruction said, I did have to re-inflate it about 24 hours after thefirst time, but since then it's heldits air perfectly.To summarize, these exercise balls provide good quality considering their price. If you're seeking an exercise ball for casual home use, they could be a suitable option. I hope this review proves helpful in your decision-making process.

Purchased the PhysKcal 75cm Ball in Beige. Item arrived well packaged and next day on prime. Item is well priced and of good quality and comes with 2 plugs and "plug pull" tools and the pump. The Mrs has loved using this ball and it really helps with the hip/pelvis and lower back pains she was experiencing through pregnancy and has also used this to help get baby engaged. Would thoroughly recommend. I believe perhaps a tape measure could be included or some sort of visual aid to help with the blowing up process. The instructions say to blow up the ball up to a certain size to stretch it out for a few hours before blowing up to full size but there's no way of telling how pumped up the ball actually is.

Nice product, I'm 6ft and this works great as a pregnancy ball.

I was concerned because this was the cheapest option on the website that it would not be good. I bought a very large ball and when I fully inflated it (which involves inflating it more than I thought could possibly be done) it was the perfect size. I’d recommend a larger size than you expect.

Update: since I left my review the seller was in touch and is issuing me a full refund for the ball. It is a good quality ball just be careful with the sizing as the 48-55cm ball is very small even for a small person like me.Bought the 48cm-55cm as I am 5ft 2inches and wanted the ball as I am pregnant. This is in line with the guidance set out above. However, the ball was tiny, ridiculously small. My 3 year old could sit on it and his legs touched the floor. I can't use it for the purpose it was intended and so it was a waste of money.
