This has been nothing but a half working headache. The collar sometimes works, sometimes does not. There is no consistency to teach the dog when she has to stay within the boundaries. Try to use the "training" part and it doesn't shock or vibrate her. Yup, done chasing my dog all over the yard. So upset.

The training part of this works well. The fence part is unpredictable. After setting the distance (and not changing it) where it signals the collar is erratic. Sometimes it beeps before vibrating and shocking, but more often it does not beep just confusing the dog. The distance from the transmitter also varies greatly too. Sometimes it works at the distance it was set at and some times 10 feet from it. I want to train my dog, not confuse her and make her stupid.

This is so unpredictable! We had the range all set up, collar on dog and suddenly she’s getting shocked right by the house. We used only the trainer after that but didn’t take long before that quit charging. After a few weeks, I decided to try charge it again and waalaaa it’s charging. Very moody system, good thing it’s discontinued!!Oh, and the directions must just be translated from Chinese by a click of the mouse or something, terrible English!On the look out now for underground fence.

Useless piece of crap my boxer puppy just runs straight through the boundary, money better spent on a buried wire system!

Worst product ever purchased. Nothing works on it. Charged it overnight to make sure it battery was high. Collar has no noise or shock. Very disappointed. Will be returning this item. Don't waste ur money. Would give it a negative star if possible

This is an awkward product and is difficult to use. We were going to return it but the return window closed yesterday. So bummed. Dont buy.

Not sure about the overall quality of the product....but judging by the 2 "unique" reviews(at the time of this review), i wouldnt bank on it. Non verified purchases rating 5 stars...and look at that!!! 2 100% identical reviews by 2 "different" people!! Seems legit. :-P

Just got this and am VERY disappointed. Wireless fence is very spotty, and the shock is so little my dogs don't feel it. Don't buy this, it's a waste of your money for a HORRIBLE product!
