Blue Angel Oracle: New Earth Edition

Really pretty good quality deck but not what I'd expected
I enjoy the vibrant colors of the art of the deck. Cards are borderles and matte finish which I personally love in a deck, and they are soft and smooth. Cards are huge! Which is good because the images aren't as clear and crisp as I'd hoped after looking at sample pics. The art is lovely but details and imagry looks blurred together so distinct definition is lost. The booklet says these are AI generated so the unusual mix of images without cohesion and the colorful but slightly smeared art makes sense. My biggest complaint it the strange and inconsistent mix of cards. There are few distinct individual angels, like there is Archangel Micheal and few if any other angels, which based off product description I guess I'd assumed there would be more. The cards themselves are an odd mix to me with some seemingly duplicated types, like there are both healing and multidimensional healing cards. There are dragon magic and pendragon healing cards, which seem out of place. There is a Luna card but no Sol card, a Sadness card but no Happiness card, there is a bunch of Light cards, like Wings of Light and Golden Light but only one darkness card Night on Earth. There is a Lightship Earth card, so it looks like the theme is a New Agey - Angels as Aliens thing rather than biblical/mythological angels like I excepted. My fault for not researching better. I saw Archangel Micheal and expected more biblical/traditional angels to be included. There are cards that seem totally random like diva magic, mandalas, swords, and various gateways, which is a strange and not at all cohesive mix when I'd expected more tradition angel stuff. These are nice quality cards but I won't be using them. They are too far out in my left field, alien to me, to be anywhere near the world I live in or energies I want to connect to. Do better research than I did and look at examples of cards online before you buy. Make sure it's what you want.

Thumbs up
Very pretty cards. They are little hard to shuffle because they are thick and large. However, all messages bring inspiration to me.

AI Generated Artwork, Good Quality Cardstock, Mileage May Vary 2.5 Rating
I had seen some images and was intrigued as the art seemed very different than Toni's normal work and I was curious. The cardstock quality and box are nice, the cards are narrower than the typical Blue Angle Oracle and the thinner soft matte finish creates a nice shuffle. When I flipped through the deck the images felt odd to me, dead, monotonous, repetitive, and I was confused thinking I should feel something, some personality, but I just didn't even though on it's face it should be lovely. That happens sometimes I won't vibe with a deck, most people will have a deck that falls flat for them and it is hard to predict that until it is in your hands. The titles on the cards did not stimulate my intuition I did not feel a real conversation emerge and there was not a feeling of distinct messages. Then I read the guidebook and it said the art was AI generated. This was frustrating to me as I would have preferred this be directly named in the item description. Again as with any deck some may love this and find the art compelling but I think customers should be provided with this information before purchasing not once they get access to the deck and read in the guidebook (this to me is the same as listing how many cards are in the deck or in a tarot deck when they say fully illustrated minors but don't show them and it turns out to be all pips). Also reading the card description many of the cards just felt like a same message over and over and not clear distinct messages. I will not be using the deck and will gift it. Again my rating reflects my frustration with the item not stating up front the art being AI generated and the fact that for me this deck is not useable. The cardstock and box are of good quality and if this art speaks to you then I am sure this deck would shuffle and age well.
