Two things you should know.... The optimizer range is rubbish and I have to stand no further than 3 meters from it or it doesn't pick the signal up. It's not hidden or in a cupboard but in the open with no obstructions. I now have to leave my mobile next to it and hotspot off of my phone. The app just hangs when trying to connect to it.... sometimes for hours and still won't connect to the optimizer. On a rare occasion when it does it drops the wifi and we start again. I've uninstall the app loads of times and checked my settings fastifiously but it remains the same.
