## Description

Rigidizer is a Colloidal Silica Compound, that can be used as a cohesive agent for various fireproof materials which are used for insulation across various industries. This is widely applied for treating the surface of ceramic fiber materials like boards, blankets, vacuum-formed components, and modules for increasing the hardness and erosion resistance of the surface. We also deal in a wide range of quality ceramic fiber products like Ceramic Fiber Blanket, Board, Bricks, Paper, Ceramic Wool, and plenty more. Product Value Good Mechanical Strength: Rigidizer is used for surface treatment of the ceramic fiber materials to increase its resistance to abrasion, thermal shock resistance, and volume stability providing durability and good mechanical strength to the surface. High Insulating Value: This coating can withstand temperatures up to 2300F providing high insulating value to ceramic fiber materials and extending their life by increasing erosion resistance of surfaces that are subject to high-velocity gases. Enhance Efficiency: Ceramic fiber materials coated with rigidizer reflects more heat, thus improving their thermal efficiency and giving you better results. Safety: This rigidizer when applied prevents the particle to fall off from the surface and also reduces the spread of harmful airborne particles that impact your health. Review: Easy to use, goes a long way - Easy to mix. I’d certainly recommend using a hand spray bottle to apply it rather than a brush. It seems to rigidise my thermal kiln blanket well and is economical.

A: I had it for a whole 24"x 156" roll.  Probably needed two bottles for that.
