She was going out of the country for a bit so I wanted to make sure she had something to be able to use for music or to watch on her phone privately! Of course when they got delivered, I had to try them out myself first! When I say these get loud, they are very LOUD. I can put my volume halfway on my phone and it is more than enough! I gave them to her, and a week later, I asked her how she felt with them in case she wasn’t a fan of them, but she liked them. It’s pushed her to go back on her hikes, she previously had Bluetooth earphones, and she was always scared of losing them on her walks(because she has dropped one before) and with these there’s no way of them falling out of your ears, the way that they’re designed and the hook makes them feel super safe and snug on your ears. I feel like I might have to buy myself a a pair soon. Definitely recommend. 👏👏

**Q: It says “This accessory is not supported.” What should I do?**
A: Please ensure the earphones are fully inserted into the Lightning port and your iPhone uses iOS 17 or below. The L171 supports iPhone 11–14 with Lightning ports only.

**Q: I plugged in the earphones but there’s no sound from my iPhone. Why?**
A: A: Make sure the plug is fully inserted and the Lightning port is clean. Reconnect firmly until you hear a “click.” If still silent, disconnect Bluetooth devices and replug—the sound will play once the phone detects the earphones.

**Q: The sound cuts in and out or stops when I move my phone. Is this normal?**

They broke within a week. I used them while skateboarding. Everytime I pushed the board the music would pause. Either defective or just low quality. I will say that they were comfortable and had good sound/call quality.
