Gregory Facet 55L Women's Ultralight Backpacking Pack with Freefloat Suspension, Aluminum Frame, Ventilated Backpanel, Small, Sunset Grey

While I didn’t necessarily use this backpack, and actually ended up returning it, I know it could be a wonderful backpack for others! The fit of the Medium just wasn’t working for me personally, (5’9”, 140 lbs) although my torso measurement of 18.5” was within the size range. Once the pack was fully adjusted and weight was added, I was getting hotspots on my shoulders and I knew it wasn’t going to be comfortable for me on long hikes. I’ve actually opted to keep my Osprey Eja 58 instead, given the trampoline back is much more comfortable for me.I wanted to note that I had a beyond exceptional experience with this seller, Outland USA. I’ve received a couple of packs from them now off Amazon and all of them have arrived promptly within 2 days of ordering. They arrived in new/excellent condition. If this pack worked for me, I would have kept it! Return process was also super easy. Would definitely order from this seller again if I’m looking for a new backpack!

I love Gregory packs and bought the Facet 55 for a smaller and lighter pack for shorter trips. I love the look of the pack and the huge pockets. This arrived a few days before I had to leave town for a family emergency so I was not able to try it out before the return date. I loded it with 20 lbs and walked through my neighborhood and had a lot of shoulder and back pain in just 30 minutes.Amazon, of course, refused to refund asbit was 4 days after the return window even though it was new with the tags still on it. I was told to contact Gregory who refused to refund stating it was bought through Amazon.Both Gregory and Amazon displayed horrible customer service for a terribly painful backpack that I am not stuck with.

The box arrived damaged with a strap hanging out. The backpack was not in a plastic bag or anything. The top of the backpack was dirty. And the inside has someone’s GoPro case in it. Definitely Used!!!
