Its really helpful for plantar fasciitis... It releives the pain a little bit and very comfortable.... Much comfortable than using slippers and even if you dont like wearing socks like me its comfortable and you wont feel like wearing one over time... My only concern is if the silicon coating is durable.... It already crumbles (dosent come out but the texture) so not sure how many washes it will last for...

Nothing special, ordinary socks are better.

Not useful in heel pain
The gell is very thin layered. It doesn’t give sufficient support to heel. It is totally useless item for heel pain.

About the product.
Very nice product however regular washing is a problem. Good for people with plantar facittis pain in the heels.

One sock had a hole in it and it is expanding as I am wearing it
