I followed the instructions really carefully, making sure the pressure was gentle so as not to bruise, and I was really pleased with the results. I had no bruising and lovely natural looking plumped up lips. I've been trying out different techniques and am learning what works best for my lips. The full effect does go down after a couple of hours but there is still a noticeable difference after this time. And they're small enough to pop in my handbag and top up in the bathroom.
