Mine fell inside my bike and I didn't find it until I took my fairing off. Luckily I could tighten it without the intended tool but the tool makes it easier and super tight where it doesn't vibrate or rotate.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product but has flaws

Installation was great I got the larger case but its a bit shallow . I had to take my phone case off my phone for it to fit. Width and length was fine but its shallow. And the screen protector in the front is very cheap. Don't see it lasting long.
