A Change For The Better
The most natural feeling picks I have used in forty years of pro playing. I have always used Tortex picks and bought these on a whim. They are sturdy and uniformly finished with sleek edges so you can “dig in” nicely yet still play speedy legatos. So far I have tried them on my SG and Les Paul, both hard tail bridges and they really impressed me. My Musicman has a Strat type vibrato bridge but it made no difference even though they are extra heavy picks. They adapt nicely to different set up guitars although I admit I haven’t tried them with the Floyd-Rose type whammy, though I suspect that when using them your playing style will slightly adapt to get the best results.Do not be alarmed by their thickness, the material is slick enough to allow you to widdley-widdley up and down the neck to your hearts content. The glow in the dark feature is a nice touch. I gave them a few seconds blast with an iPhone flashlight and they are very bright. Haven’t tested how long the glow effect remains though I feel this is more of a gimmick than a really useful feature. I have to say I am very impressed with them and shall probably continue to use them from now on. I should perhaps mention that the Les Paul has got Cobalt strings on it (I like the extra rasp and sustain that they give when the amp is really cooking. Seems to suit my LP more than plain nickel) whereas my other guitars don’t; just plain Slinky’s on them and the picks are fine with both sets of strings. This review may be a bit long winded for guitar picks. But I have bought packs of a 100 for cheaper than these 25 but don’t be deceived that a pick is a pick is a pick. A pick that you are really comfortable with- as in “feel”, material, quality, size, shape, etc, should be a very important part of your technique. It’s all subjective, but these suit me admirably and I highly recommend that you try them.

Whoa, Glow In The Dark Guitar Picks, Cool
The Planet Waves Guitar Picks are great, the heaviness of them is brilliant, the picks are great value for money and they even Glow up in the dark which is great if your pick slides out of your fingers and lands in a dark place it makes it so much easier to find, (Come on, if your a guitarist too, don't pretend that's never happened to you, Ha Ha) there is 10 picks in a pack for just under Three Pound so what are you waiting for buy yourself some and have fun, they are the most durable Guitar Picks I've ever used and I'm in love with them, move aside Dunlop, Planet Waves has just moved in. Highly recommended.

Very good overall.
I have tried all kinds of picks and these are some of the best. I like plectrums that are not too pointy and these ones are perfect in this respect. They also have a smooth edge so they do not produce additional attack noise, and they resist wear pretty well.I wish they were a bit smaller (like the Stagg Classics, my favourites which are hard to find these days). These ones are a more standard size, comparable to Fender etc. Note that they are not grippy and may tend to move about a bit, depending on your technique. It's not too bad for me but if that is a concern, maybe you should look elsewhere. They are in fact exactly the same shape and size as the Planet Waves Joe Satriani picks. They are really yellowish white, not at all like the picture, and yes they glow in the dark. Quite frankly I don't care about that, but they are good picks overall.

Quality pick
Ideal pick for lots of strumming on acoustic guitar. A bit too flexible for precise picking. I bought this purely for strumming and it’s great.

excellent for learning to strum
I'm a beginner and was trying to learn to strum with quite a hard pick. These thin ones are much easier to use for strumming for a beginner.

Thick. Heavy. Sturdy. Translucent color.
I thought these would be a solid rainbow color, but they are translucent, which gives them a funky, cool look. Exactly what I needed for my bass. Thick, heavy, and sturdy. They do not slip around in your hand. I have a weird habit of rolling the pick around in my hand by accident while I play, and it doesn't matter where you strike the pick, it sounds the same and feels good. I assume it is a standard size. Will be purchased many more!I do not shoot these across the room like lighter picks.
