It's hard to find comfortable flats these days with good arch support that are not sneakers - or desperate to look like sneakers! These are casual but stylish enough to wear with skirts and dresses. I bought a pair in the summer in the dark taupe, and just indulged in a second pair in black. They do run half a size large though. I'm a 9 in most shoes, including Skechers, but needed an 8 1/2 in these. I can't yet speak to durability, as I've had the taupe for 5 months and the black for a day.
