It's tough, inexpensive, and the pockets are long enough to accommodate not only my pruners but my Felco 600 pruning saw and a couple of other tools, if I want to carry them. I think it's actually better that my tools lie laterally instead of sticking up or down and piercing either my arm or the bottom of a bag. All the other things I looked at were too short or the pockets too shallow. This allows me to put my phone in the outer pocket. The deeper pocket holds the tools, and I don't mind that they are together. I'm not jumping up and down, so they don't move around much inside the pouch. The bag moves around the belt, so you can wear it front, back or anyplace that's comfortable.
