This costume looks like you could walk into a monestary and no one would look twice at you. It's so realistic and great quality.

The fabric is soft and flowing, true to size, a perfect color cocoa brown. I took it out of the packaging and tossed it in the dryer with a damp towel and didn't need to iron afterwards. Rope belt is sturdy and thick. The hooded cowl drapes well too, although we won't need it as it will be used in an adult Baptism ceremony and donated to my parish for future ceremonies. I ordered a medium but it would fit a larger adult too. The chained cross is a nice accent.

Robe and hood are great! The belt though was all mildewed and gross. Since this was for a school project, we didn’t have time to exchange and we ended up throwing the belt away.

I like this a lot, BUT the hood is really too big. The rest of it is not as big though. I got the XL. I'm 5'9" and 200. Shoulder fit is snug. And it fits ok. Length is just about perfect. The rope is decent quality, but is too short on an adult to tie it to look like the photos. Came with the cross too. Color is about what I was expecting so that's a plus. I'm planning to add a super scary devil / demon mask with this to hang out in my carport and play scary music on my bluetooth speaker on Halloween night. I'll add some pics when I get time.

Very good quality, I had to return it because my kid’s part was changed and we no longer needed it but overall fit and color was great!

Local pub holding a Mead evening w/encouragement to dress the part...what better than a MONK. Exceptional fabric and fabrication. Love the accessories of rope belt and crucifix. Bought size Medium, model 5'1", 155 lbs. Poodle not included!
