Q: will this fit model #09P602-0095-F1

I bought it for Briggs & Stratton model #08P502-0111-F1 which 8n my case sits on a 20" Hyper Tough (Walmart house brand) push mower. It was a perfect fit. I can't say if it would fit your model but a little internet research will tell you if your model number is compatible with mine. I would stick with genuine B&S parts rather than the knock-offs that Amazon sells for half the price. Problem with mine was that it would start but not continue running (after spending the winter in my garage in Delaware). Replacing the carburetor solved the problem - started first pull and ran great. The carbs are made of plastic and aren't easily rebuildable. The package contained the wrong installation instructions. It isn't hard to change the carb on these 125cc motors. There are how-to videos on Youtube. Just remember that it's plastic and don't over-torque the mounting bolts. If the O ring between the carb and the motor intake deforms and squeezes out of its slot, you've over-tightened the bolts - loosen fully, reposition O-ring (it fits kinda sloppy) and then draw it back up again but don't over-tighten. Hope that helps.

This carburetor is assembled so the jet is already installed. Not worth the effort to rebuild.
