I had to get a longer adjustment bolt for my seat post clamp to accommodate the rails. I bought this saddle because I have an older Arione I've ridden on for many years and love it. This version is made for the "snake" (high level of pelvic flexibility; you can bend over and palm the floor without bending your knees). It doesn't have much padding and the perineum cut-out is a separate piece of plastic that joins the two wings (in the older model there is no change in material; there is simply a depression in the center of the saddle to accommodate the perineum) and I have no idea how these three separate pieces will hold up over time.I've only got around 300 miles on this saddle so far. It has taken some getting used to and, as I said above, am uncertain of how the saddle will hold up in the long run. I have my doubts...UPDATE: I am now around 1400 miles into this saddle and it's holding up fine.
