From memory, I entered into an online chat with Thin Optics on their website and they gave me a link to "replacements" and a code to get this for free. Alternatively I imagine you could email support@thinoptics.com and explain the problem and get the same response. Really good customer service - the replacement comes from US though so takes a little time to come. **Q: Hi, the nose piece has broken off after 2 months. Can I get them replaced at all? Thankyou** A: Yes. This also happened to mine. The first replacement is FREE But future replacements will cost you Postage and packing charges. The phone number is in the US as I do not believe they operate in the UK. I hope this helps.
