This is delicious. There is some intestinal distress but when you consider the goals of Gundry’s program it’s minor. I have dropped a couple pounds and it’s likely the restricted eating hours.It’s worth trying.

Need more, makes a great water drink all day for me.

This product is NOT what I expected. It is a process to get a scoop of the powder into a bottle of water. I had to take a demitasse spoon and little by little put a small amount from the provided scoop onto the demitasse spoon and add it to the water. The powder just sits on top. I had to stop, replace the water cap, and shake the bottle vigorously for the power to mix with the water. BUT it didn’t fully dissolve. There were clumps throughout the water. I repeated this process until I had added the entire scoop into my water. I shook and shook the water yet clumps still remained. Finally I took a taste and it was awful!! Over the next several days I tried different methods of adding the MCT Wellness into my water. I finally tried adding it to a bottle of room temperature Lipton Diet Green Tea Mixed Berry. The clumps still wouldn’t dissolve so I put the bottle in the refrigerator. Later that day I removed the bottle from the refrigerator and noticed the clumps had dissolved. It didn’t taste bad mixed with the Mixed Berry Green Tea but it was so much work to get it to this point. I’ve decided to keep the product and continue to mix it with a bottle of room temperature Green Tea in the morning, refrigerate it, and drink it later in the day. So unless you lots of time to devote to this product I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

I bought this for two reasons: to lose weight and to gain energy. I did not lose a single pound, I’ve been using it for about a month, I did notice that I started having a LITTLE bit more energy after using it for a week. The first day I drank it on an empty stomach and it made me feel a bit nauseas, but when I had it after breakfast I had no issues. I find the taste quite pleasant, I got the watermelon lemonade.To mix it is quite a task, I add 2 oz of hot water to the powder and stir out as many lumps as I can, then I let it sit in the warm water while I make breakfast and after breakfast I will add the cold water and shake it and finally there is no more lumps. I understand not many people have that kind of time.Overall it is very expensive so I don’t think I will be repurchasing since it didn’t do much for me.

Blueberry and lemon are both very healthy ingredients, however this drink has a slight bitter aftertaste, nothing I could not tolerate because i eat bittermelon. I was just surprised not expecting it.

Consistency is the key to any program. I have seen benefits when adding this supplement to my "daily" diet. I've lost 25lbs and maintained that for over 6 months. Each individual is different so fit l don't hate if your body doesn't react the same way. Continue to search for your blend that works for you and "stick" to it. I have found my supplement in this compound. Amen.

I was skeptical because the reviews aren’t great but I hd a really good feeling about this and went with my gut and decided to try it. I like to drink lemonade a lot so I just tried this instead. I’ve been using this for 3 days (twice per day) and I have noticed a pretty big difference already. It does everything it says it does. The biggest difference I’ve noticed is my skin all over feels much firmer. I feel slimmer. I feel 10 years younger. I have much more energy and noticed I forgot to drink caffeine. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects whatsoever. I had a lot more energy at work. I feel like my younger self again! Thank you so much for this beautiful gift you have given me! I love it! Very hard to dissolve. Some energy. But not much. Been using it every day. It has made no difference jn my weight at all. Same diet and exercise. Do not get this to lose weight. It does not work and it is way too expensive for the result.
