How much strength does it take to latch and unlatch the bar?** A: It does take some strength. I have to use both my hands sometimes just to lift it up. **Q: How much weight does it hold?** A: I’m sure it will hold up to about 250. The issue is these are just cheaply made. I returned this brand last week and the number one seller a few days ago. All of these low end ones are only ok for walking and even then have issues. The treadmill bands move and shift and are unstable and dangerous. They are also kinda noisy. The whole thing is just made very cheaply unfortunately. Sams club has a pro form l6 listed on Amazon for 799$ for 299$. I found it on consumer reports and bought it, do it making it pretty high in the list for home folding treadmills. Just thought I would share incase it helps anyone else. ☺️ **Q: Can you add incline to this treadmill?** A: No incline on this unit but it is thin enough to slide under the couch for easy storage. For this price point, this is a good treadmill. It works for us and is small enough to fit under our couch. We had to get taller legs to get it to go under, but now it does and it hides nicely down there.The app for this treadmill works, but is a pain to program. It's a nice idea to be able to program a run into it and have it change speeds automatically after certain intervals of time, but it's very difficult to program a run. For starters, the speeds you set do not match the speed the treadmill goes at. They're odd by something like 0.4 mph. At least it's consistent and you can work around that, but it's still an inconvenience. If you're programming a run with a lot of speed changes, be VERY CAREFUL what you input because if you enter something on wrong and want to fix it, the only way how is to delete the run and atart over. This is more than annoying.
