## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why the Button Doesn't Respond When Pressed?**
A: Pressing, pushing, or holding the power button won't work. Simply tap it gently for proper operation.

**Q: What would happen if I add essential oils to this humidifier?**
A: Essential oils will corrode the humidifier, causing the water tank or base to crack.

**Q: Could I put the humidifier on the floor or a wooden table?**
A: Yes, but it isn’t the smartest move: 1. Best place to put a humidifier is where the most airflow is. 2. Potential of wetting the surroundings due to locally high humidity levels, it is recommended to put a tray underneath it.

**Q: Is the bubbling/knocking sound it makes while running normally?**
A: It is normal for the humidifier to have bubbling sounds sometimes. It is the sound of water moving from the water tank to the base. Other times it is quiet and does not affect its performance.

**Q: Is it normal to have standing water in the base when you refill the water reservoir?**
A: Yes, it's normal. The water flowing from the tank to the base when you add water and place it back is part of the humidifier's operation. It draws water from the tank and disperses it through the base to increase room humidity.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Product
*by O***R on January 6, 2026*

This unit is super quiet. You can't hear it even if you put it up to your ears. Produces adequate mist. There are different mist settings. Love having a timer. The water container holds enough water for three or more nights if you only use it while you are sleeping. I'm giving it four stars for one reason. It is not a deal killer, but it is a mild irritation for me. The water is poured in from the bottom of the tank. Don't know how many times I forget the top lid comes off. It always comes off when I turn the tank over to refill the water. Again, not a deal killer but I think I would prefer a top filling appliance. Works great. No problem recommending it.
