The hard shell is really sturdy and nice for packing fragile items. The compacting zipper on the outside can still be used to compact it down to proper size or expand if needed. The inner zippered compartments are great for segmenting your items for easy access, and the built-in locking feature is excellent for security and peace of mind. The four wheels are underrated. The way the suitcase glides effortlessly is very satisfying. Just watch it to make sure it doesn't glide away. The handle retracts and extends very easily and is the perfect height for average height adults.
