The sprayer works as it should the spring is not to strong. The joints all move freely but are not loose. The design is tall so keep that in mind when choosing this item. We cannot speak to the soap dispenser since we did not install that. Connections were all extremely easy to make. Installed this ourselves without any issue. Everything needed for it was included.
