Do a search for how to replace the battery first to familiarize yourself. It will take approximately an hour to do the swap. This includes the 20 minutes spent with the battery disconnected. The battery from Rome Tech was an exact replacement for the original, including the plug. The reviews that said the plug was different are wrong; its exactly the same. The battery comes with a dime size piece of tape to affix it to the mobo. If fixed my Alienware Alpha up.
