My mom purchased this for me and it was the greatest gift ever! It is a diffuser but also cool humidifier. It’s relaxing and makes rain sounds and has nice colors and several options to fit your needs. Recently it just stopped working but the company spoke with me and was able to send me a brand new one. They were professional and kind! I love my product and the company!

Bought my husband for Xmas. It stops all the time and I can hear him fighting with it. He loved it the first month but then it stopped. The water drops aren’t loud. In theory it’s a great product but slowly stopped working :(**Customer service reached out to me and sent a whole new one! Thank you!

It comes with 6 essential oils which I was super stoked about until I realized you can’t actually smell them in the machine at all. Also does not sound like rainfall at all. It does make a mechanical noise that I can’t quite describe other than extremely annoying and not rainfall. The light on it is the only thing that works a little too well…. We thought it’d be a cute dim colorful light but it’s obnoxiously bright and lights up the entire room to where you can’t have the light on at night. I don’t recommend unless you’re looking for something that doesn’t not do what it’s designed for.
