Great replacement for my old phone

As this was a refurbished phone I didn't know what to expect, however given the guarantees given by Amazon I decided to go ahead with the purchase. The first phone I got has some issues so I returned it for a replacement. The second phone looked like it was brand new, not a mark on it. I have had it for a couple of weeks and it has been excellent. I am really pleased with it. I would certainly buy refurbished again as long as there are guarantees about returning it if not happy with it.

This is the second time we've bought a refurbished Samsung phone from this site. I replaced my old Blackberry Priv a couple of years ago and this time we got a replacement for my wife's four year old Samsung that was showing its age. My phone looked brand new. This one had a tiny chip on the bottom edge, less than 1mm but it's of no concern considering that it was going to be put in a case and it had absolutely no bearing on the functioning of the phone.I'm unsure about where these products originate in that my guess is that they aren't returned items because there is absolutely no origin packaging with them so my guess is that any flaws have been identified in the inspection process before final packaging is done.So what arrives is the phone in a small cardboard box with a cable that has USB C at either end. The only complaint I would have is that the phone was not fully fixed and rattled around a bit. It was about 60% charged when it arrived so it was ready to start the data transfer. Note here that the Samsung app for swapping to a new phone is good but it's battery hungry for very obvious reasons if you have a lot of data to transfer.We've chosen to stick with SIM only deals for years because we've got zero interest in having the latest model of any tech that comes out and this way is far more economical.It's worth thinking about getting these refurbished items when it's time to renew your phone.
