The instructions were good enough, and once it was all finished, the table looks great, seems sturdy, and is am amazing space saver. It's very versatile; it's small and out of the way all folded down, a nice little table half up, and spacious when open all the way. I love that it folds up and I can wheel it out of the way to sweep and mop. I also love the drawers and storage with it. It was a one of the lower costing ones I found like it. Took a decent amount of effort to assemble so don’t try to tackle that in 15 mins or so. You probably need about an hour. I am a little sad with how unsturdy it feels when working on the end or leaning on it if you are not near the center. It feels a little weak and makes me nervous to put too much weight on it.
